Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the item is securely repacked in its original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and protective materials included to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection and Logistics
Our logistics team will schedule a convenient pickup time; once the item arrives at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect it for any signs of use or damage.
Receive Your Refund
After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
